The Booga Report

#1--My Little Sister Sophia is 6 months old now and my Mommy told Grammy that she weighed in at 16 lbs. the last time she went for a check-up. She is trying really hard to talk these days and she can even roll over. She really likes to roll on the floor a lot and sometimes, she can roll from one end of the room to the other. I think that she is very happy about the progress she has made... just look at that smile!

#2--In other news, we've got 2 new cats named "Peaches" and "Cream". My Mommy said that they are something called "twins" and I really like them a lot. Here is a pic that she took of "Peaches" yesterday. Stay tuned for a pic of "Cream"... you might not be able to tell them apart!

Weekend Express

Me and my Little Sister Sophia spent the weekend with our Grammy and Pop-Pop at their house. It was a rainy Saturday so we had a great time indoors, playing with my Thomas & Friends trains. Grammy said that we even had something called a "new recruit". My sister was watching me play with the trains and decided that she wanted to play with them. I think she really liked them a lot so, she might become a big Thomas & Friends fan too. Even my Pop-Pop got in on the act, while Grammy took all of these great pics!

We're Off To See The Wizard!

"I've got my ticket... click here to get yours!"

Guess what? I'm finally going to see my favorite movie on the big screen with my family! Grammy said that The Wizard of Oz is celebrating its 70th Anniversary and it will be shown in selected movie theaters across the country for the first time ever in something called "High Definition". (Grammy, what in the world is that?)

Anyway, this one-night event will take place on Wednesday, September 23rd, 7:00pm at The Bridge and Riverview Plaza theaters in Philadelphia. Bouncing Baby Sis

Check out these pics of my little sister and her new "bouncer"! I remember having something like that when I was a baby but, it was called an "Exersaucer". My Mommy took these pics and put them on her Facebook page yesterday. But, you know Grammy... she snuck over there late last night and copied them so that we could put them on my blog too. Please, don't tell Mommy. It's our little secret!

Can You Tell Me How To Get To...?

Today, my Mommy, Dad, little sister Sophia, Grammy, Pop-Pop, and me all went on a trip to Sesame Place. Sometimes, I like to watch Sesame Street and Elmo's World on TV but, this was much better. When we got there, it looked like a really fun place to be and there were lots of things to do and ride on. Here are some of the pics that Grammy took of our day together.

The first thing I saw that I wanted to ride on was a roller coaster called the "Vaper Trail". You know that I really like anything that runs on tracks so, I was really excited when I saw it. Mommy got on it with me and it took us way up high in the air. Then, all of a sudden, it took us down a hill really fast and around lots of twists and turns! After the ride was over, my Dad wanted to take me back on it but, I wasn't sure if I wanted to ride it again so, we moved on to something else.

The next thing that I wanted to ride on was the "Merry-Go-Round". I really like riding on them a lot and wherever I see one, I have to get on it. After the Vapor Trail, riding up and down on a slow-moving horse seemed like a good idea to me and it was really more my speed. Pop-Pop got on it with me and we rode on it many times before we left the park. My Dad also got on it with my little sister so, I am proud to say that she had her first ride on a merry-go-round today!

The next thing that caught my eye was the front end of a bright red fire engine truck. I'm not too sure where the back end of it was but, I saw a seat and something called a "steering wheel" so, I wanted to get on it. Pop-Pop sat next to me and both us pretended that we were firemen on a fire truck.

Then, it was time to have some fun in the water so, we all went over to something called "The Count's Splash Castle". For some reason, it always takes me a while to warm-up to the idea of playing in water and I like to do it in my own time and in my own way. So, I ran around the edge of the water play area for a little while and then, I decided to go for it. I had a lot of fun running in and out of the water on my own. My Mommy, Dad, and Pop-Pop had their fun on the water slides and standing under the "big bucket" waterfall.

Grammy didn't plan on getting in the water today so, she took my little sister on a stroll around the park while the rest of us played in the water. By the time they came back to the water play area, everyone decided that they were hungry so, we all went to a place called "Sesame Cafe" and had some lunch. After we ate, me and my little sister hung out with Grammy and Pop-Pop so, my Mommy and Dad struck out on their own for a little while. I guess my little sister got tired from all of that "strolling" around the park and finally fell asleep. She was a real "trooper" today!

Shortly after that, it started to rain so, we had to cut our trip short and head for home. It was a fun day just the same, and we all had a great time!
